11/8/10 Mom Notes

Does anyone know why my son now sings
"We will, we will, ROCK YOU!"
while stomping his feet and clapping his hands?
The songs at daycare have apparently been
upgraded from Barney :-)

10/31/10 Halloween Night

Mom, Dad, Grandoc and I went out Trick-or-Treating.  We went farther than Mom and Dad thought I would make it, and instead of stopping at only a few houses, we ended up doing a big circle through part of the neighborhood.  I had a lot of energy and I was very brave.  I even wanted to see the really spooky house close up.  We finally ended up at home and daddy, once again, ran around to the front door so that I was able to have one last Trick-or-Chocolate experience.  It was a great end to a fun and exciting Halloween Weekend!

10/31/10 Hayride

Sunday my grandparents came to see me and we went for a hayride!  This was the start to my Halloween day!

10/30/10 Halloween Party

We had a small Halloween Party at my house.  My friends Elijah (Kanga), Evan L. (cowboy) and Jacob (Buzz) came over for some fun in the playroom, painting pumpkins, and a test run for Halloween (our Township has TWO Trick-or-Treat nights every year which is so cool!)  We only went to five houses and the last was ours!  Daddy quick ran through the garage and greeted us at the front door for some final Trick-or-Treat chocolate!!  We had a lot of fun....and everyone did really well until the end of the night.  Then when all the mom's tried to get a group shot, well things just went down hill from there.  But day two of big Halloween fun was a success over all, and I had a great time with my friends.

10/29/10 Safe Trick-or-Treat

After a full day of school and Halloween celebrations, mom and I went to the store to get food for my party at home the next day.  But before the day was done we still had more adventures!  My favorite girls Miss Nicole and Miss Jenny came over for dinner (Chick-fil-A) at my house and then we went to Mom's work for a safe trick-or-treat night at the Assisted Living Facility.  We had to wait for 45 minutes in the cold to get in (mom did not pull rank even though she thought of it secretly as she shivered without a jacket) but it was worth it.  There was so much candy and treats!!!  I wore a different costume this time (Mom's co-worker gave her this one, brand new, that her son never had a chance to wear) and had fun as Frankenstein.  Keeping my hat on was a chore, but I did it enough for a few cute pictures.  At the end was a snack room with more treats and juice.  By the time we arrived at home, I was ready for bed!  A big day.....and still a party Saturday and Halloween Sunday to go!

10/29/10 A ride through our neighborhood

We had sprinkles and rain today, mixed with sunshine and fluffy clouds.  I was able to see my first rainbow today, and despite the winds best efforts, there were still some leaves on the trees as mom and I took a quick tour through the neighborhood.
